Terms of Sale Agreement

Your order must include your name, full billing and mailing addresses and other specific shipping instructions. Your order must also specify the year, make, and model of the vehicle for which the part is being ordered and whether the part is for the front, rear, left, or right of the vehicle (if applicable). Failure to complete this information accurately may result in shipment of the wrong parts. Any additional shipping charges necessary to correct such an error shall be at your sole risk and expense.

Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error(s).

Your order will be shipped from All American Auto Wreckers, 1383 Montauk Hwy, East Patchogue, NY 11772, and the costs of shipping is included in your quoted price. You bear the risk of any loss or damage during shipment. If you want us to purchase insurance for you, please specify this in your order (addition charges will apply).

Buyer is responsible for any tariffs, duties or taxes that apply. These charges are not refundable for ANY reason.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Prices subject to change without notice. Our prices are directly reflected by our cost. Once an order is placed, the price is locked in.

Warranty Policy:
All parts are warrantied for a period of 90 days after the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. If still under warranty, once the part is received and inspected by All American, the part will be replaced or if a suitable replacement cannot be found, your money will be refunded to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of item(s).
Note: Owner’s Manuals, Electronic Control Modules (Computers) and Keyless Entry Remotes are not covered under our warranty and are final sale only.

Our warranty does not cover the following:
1. Shipping, labor, vehicle towing, vehicle rentals, vehicle storage, legal fees or lost wages under ANY circumstances. 
2
. Parts that have been improperly installed or maintained. 
3
. Parts that are abused, overheated or modified/altered in any way. 
4
. Parts that are used for racing/off-roading purposes.
5. Seals, gaskets, fluids or coolants.
6. Parts used on commercial vehicles.

If there is a problem with a part that falls under warranty, buyer should contact us as soon as possible after noticing the problem. You may not continue to use the part in need of warranty replacement.

Return Policy:
If you order a Part that you do not want or no longer need, you may return it to us within 30 days from the original purchase date. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Seller is responsible for return shipping of item. All Owner’s Manuals, Electronic Control Modules (Computers) and Keyless Entry Remotes are Final Sale only and are not returnable for any reason.

Exchange Policy:
Parts may not be exchanged after 30 days from the original purchase date. Buyer is responsible for additional fees if new item costs more than returned item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of original items as well as shipping for the exchange item.

Items being returned or exchanged must not have been used or installed, must be in working order and must be in the same condition and packaging as when they were sent to the buyer. DO NOT tape or write anything on item or package!

You must notify All American Auto Wreckers, by e-mail, mail, or phone before you return a part for any reason, whether or not a warranty reason. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a letter of instructions. No returns for non-warranty reasons will be accepted more than thirty (30) days after delivery to you. Cores are due within 30 days of receipt for a core refund.

Keyless Entry Remotes:
All Keyless Entry Remotes are sold in Used “as is” condition and are not returnable. We recommend that you install a new battery prior to use. All remotes must be reprogrammed prior to use, check your owner’s manual or contact your dealer for instructions to program your keyless entry remote. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the remote will work for their vehicle and to have it programmed. See pictures for more details on condition.
